If you’re not sure which shade to go with, include a photo of your hair taken in natural lighting when you email in and we’ll be happy to color match you!

Follow these 3 simple exchange steps, and we’ll get your new order set up.

  1. Email into before you send back the hair.
  2. We’ll provide you with our return shipping address + your return authorization number.
  3. You ship your package out and email us back with your tracking number.

Then we’ll set up your new order, and you’ll be good to go.

STEP 1. Please contact Sassina customer service to get a Return Authorization Number and the Return Address, contact us at We will reply to you within 24hours. Please don't send the hair back to the address on the package you received. If lost, we do not responsible for this issue. 

STEP 2. Please send back the package to the return address that we provided on email and follow the instructions we mentioned. Also please simply write your Order Number, First and Last name on a piece of paper and insert that in your return package.

STEP 3. Please provide the tracking information after sent the package back. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your set back to us.

STEP 4. After we received the returned package, will refund you within 2-5 days.

Do I Have To Pay For The Shipping Of My Return/Exchange?

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
We recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.

Can I Get Help Finding a Better Match?

We're happy to help you find a better match. Please email our team at with the photo of your hair in natural lighting where we can see it fully so that we can give you best suggestion for the color.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened & not worn. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.

Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend contacting your credit card provider.
