We provide FREE Shipping Worldwide.

We ship Monday to Friday (not weekends and public holidays). If we receive orders by 2 pm we will ship on the other day. Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order gets shipped. 

1. How long is the processing orders?

Processing takes 1-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) 
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery. Please understand.

2. When will my tracking number start to update?
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you didn't receive a tracking number please contact us at Paris@sassinhair.com.

3. Can I make changes to my order?
You have the right to make changes to your order before it has been dispatched and qualify for a full refund. If you want to change any information, please contact us at Paris@sassinahair.com ASAP.

Shipping Information

We ask you to keep your billing address and shipping address the same. If you absolutely need to change your shipping address, make sure you change it on the website and on the PayPal screen after you enter your card information, if not it will get shipped to your billing address!

DHL and FedEx Do Not ship to PO boxes address.

Please put the correct address when place order, we are not responsible for lost items.

We offer free shipping but NOT a remote fee. If you are in a remote area, you will be responsible for the remote fee. 

Please Note: Free shipping is NOT able to ship to the countries¹ due to very slow transit times and/or lost packages. (See the bottom of the page)


Shipping Terms & Conditions

All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part.

Any orders with Fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to protect every party.
